I reverted back to 1.1.4 but the problem persisted. Has anyone had any luck fixing this or even contacting the developer?

I bought a theme that had this plugin as a requirement. This was the only time in the last 3 years or so that I didn’t build on the Divi theme. And the only problem.

I reverted back to version 1.1.4 and the Visual Editor is now blank as well.

Is there a replacement for this plugin? It’s being used by my theme but the plugin developer seems to have abandoned it (updated last 7 months ago) and we’re getting no response on this thread.

I tried the solution provided by abedecain and it did not work. Any ideas besides reverting back to the previous version?

I honestly don’t know the complete policy, but it seems to me that it should be made clear that an ad banner will be part of the install.

I would also suggest that a lower price for the Pro version would increase conversions (I would for me). Perhaps a third option, where you don’t have all the templates (in my case unnecessary). I just needed a simple age confirmation box.

I’m not getting the error message, but just spinning arrows.

Up until yesterday it worked fine. And YES, I deactivated the theme and plugins (even though nothing had changed there).

Actually, if I switch to Chrome 45 it seems to work fine.

Some times the just entered content is saved and some times not. This only began happening after the latest update (and goes away when the plugin is deactivated).

Any ideas?

Would reverting to earlier version remove my existing templates?

I used this method and it worked great (I did have to look closely to make sure I found my icon amongst the many options).
