I have resolved my specific issue by deactivating (and subsequently deleting) the “Huge-IT Video Gallery” plugin. Upon doing so my sixth-slide problem vanished immediately, as my site presentation page is now back to a total of five fully functioning slides. Finding a non-disruptive replacement for the video gallery was easy, and I consider this issue now closed. I hope this helps. Good luck!

Thanks for the information. It did work, but it would still be interesting to find out how and why the link between the presentation page and the menu lost. Oh well.. all is fine now. Thanks again.

I do understand your English, and am having the same problem. I started a separate thread a few minutes ago, asking basically the same question, and would be happy to share responses and resolutions.
