keeps coming up profile invalid when a member tries to sign up why?

all it says is dashboard and profile on it what do you mean multi site no its just one website

i get this up i done all you said You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.i only get my profile up is this a private message or public am new to all this i,m no longer in contact with my web designer so they wont help without a massive charge there must be an easy way to get my admin back and why do i have to get to dashboard through my website i have to sign in to website then directs me to my profile dashboard but i need control of my full website dashboard

i have and still nothing on dashboard i have asked for help from server but they going to charge me a lot of money

where are my plugins if i cant see them in dashboard

cant set plugings dont have them on my dashboard all i have is my profile from my website thats all that comes up on login to dashboard

i update to 4.1 it removed all my dashboard all i have is my profile ive lost admin control how do i get it back
