@faisal95bd I’m using Elementor Pro 3.8.2.
I just checked and the editor is loading fine for me. I have the free version of Phlox V 2.11.0, Phlox Core Elements V 2.11.0 and Elementor Pro V 3.8.2. I haven’t upgraded the Elementor Pro license yet so the version is a little behind.
I gave support a test environment and login a week ago and they said they were going to have their devs take a look. I just upgraded wordpress, elementor and the phlox theme as new versions came out. With the latest upgrades the editor is working again.
I checked my server settings as well and tried all of the troubleshooting recommendations. If I disable the phlox core elements plugin then the editor works. Unfortunately the theme relies on that plugin. I reached out to support and this is what they told me…
Thanks for choosing Phlox and contacting us, About the issue, please contact your hosting to check your server requirements according to the following article. Especially increase the memory limit up to 512M and check your site again. https://docs.phlox.pro/article/216-server-requirements Also, please take a look at the following article. It will help. https://docs.elementor.com/article/184-cant-edit-with-elementor Stay safe!
I responded to support and let them know I’ve already tried those recommendations but the email response keeps bouncing back. Perhaps I will submit a new request or try responding through their portal.
I have the free version of the Phlox theme and its the latest version (2.9.19). Is that the version you have?
This is happening for me as well. The elementor editor does not load for pages, posts, or portfolios. There aren’t any errors thrown to the log so it’s difficult to troubleshoot.

In reply to: [WPC Fly Cart for WooCommerce] Elementor Image Carousel ConflictIf I upgrade the Fly Cart plugin to the latest version (5.0.7) the js error you referenced goes away, however the slider no longer works. The option you mentioned is already set to None.
The solution mentioned would not allow me to turn off wpautop just for email templates. As I mentioned I do not want to turn that feature off globally.

In reply to: [Contact Form 7 Signature Addon] Contact Form 7 Signature Addon-problemThe console shows a javascript error Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘classList’ of null. It looks like the Contact Form 7 javascript file is looking for the class ‘wpcf7-form-control’ on invalid inputs then calling classList to toggle the ‘wpcf7-not-valid’ class. The inputs for the signature field do not have the ‘wpcf7-form-control’ class on them so when the classList function is called it returns an error. The issue only happens if the signature field is required. Requiring the signature is important so a plugin fix for this would be great.

Looks like it’s coming from a plugin extension we pulled from your Github: https://gist.github.com/msaari/fe2da6a584f690a213db733d596b0030. We will adjust accordingly. Thanks for the quick response.
