with great pleasure!
??do you think my website is compliant now?
thank you very much for your precious help, really appreciate!
great tool, even better support!excellent cookiebot!
it works!THANK YOU!!!
just to know: is there a possibility to have a google map cookieless?
something that does not require the user to accept any cookie or invasive ones…Hi cookiebot,
many thanks for your help and your time!I’ve changed my html renaming src to data-src and adding data-cookieconsent=”marketing”
but it doesn’t show me the map
you can see at url:
https://www.visorcapital.com/contact/
it should be on the right side of the page, under backoffice mailbox…
update: if I check the compliance of my website using cookiebot.com tool, it gets me fully compliance until I put the google maps embed code.
if I put the google maps embed code, the cookiebot tool gets me:
Your website is: Partly compliant
with details:
-
KO: Prior consent on other than strictly necessary cookies (ePR)
KO: Prior consent on personal data (GDPR)and:
Category: Marketing (1)
Marketing cookies are used to track visitors across websites. The intention is to display ads that are relevant and engaging for the individual user and thereby more valuable for publishers and third party advertisers.
NID google.com HTTP 6 months
Cookie purpose description: Registers a unique ID that identifies a returning user’s device. The ID is used for targeted ads.
Initiator: Web server
Source: google.com
Data is sent to: United States (adequate)
Prior consent enabled: Nobut honestly I do not know what to do…

thanks enzim! really appreciate your help
regarding your question, I can try to browse the web, if I get something good I will write you!
PS: @cookiebot guys: if I use html embedded code for google maps how can I implement prior consent with cookiebot plugin?
ok,
i realize that i prefer NOT TO ACTIVATE a google maps PLUGIN, but simply insert an EMBEDDED CODE in my website, like this:<div class="mapouter"> <div class="gmap_canvas"> <iframe width="448" height="363" id="gmap_canvas" src="https://maps.google.com/maps?q=myaddress&t=&z=13&ie=UTF8&iwloc=&output=embed" frameborder="0" scrolling="no" marginheight="0" marginwidth="0"> </iframe> </div> <style>.mapouter{overflow:hidden;height:363px;width:448px;}.gmap_canvas {background:none!important;height:363px;width:448px;}</style> </div>
do you know what have I to do now to be compliant with ‘prior consent’?

I was getting crazy!??
now the questions are:
1. what files I have to modify?
2. what <script> tags i have to modify?thanks!
Hi,
i installed SiteOrigin widgets bundle, version 1.11.8
google maps is one of those widgetsbut, more in general, i can’t find (in wordpress) the entry point to be modified:
where do I find the tags <script>?
where are the files containing my scripts?
apologize, I get it.
it is simply the code in “my script” section of the plugin settings (on cookiebot website).
simply have to be copied into a page of the sitebye

In reply to: accessing WP website via smartphoneHi Geoffrey,
I updated the Twenty Twelve theme from version 1.9 to the last one (2.0).
Afterwards I replaced my customizations (I checked out and I simply really modified the header.php file).
And after having retried, my menu was navigable also on smartphone.Thank you very much for your precious help!
