im sorry if I had an option to pay for the fix I would. We have been using the same theme for a few years now and this plugin worked before the last wordpress update. i got one reply in 24 hours, but you attached an image I couldn’t read or understand, and you didn’t give me any specific instructions as a new user to your product myself. All of the documentation online is out of date and not accurate and the debug mode was not working. You did not respond to that. After two more days of no responses or replies to my emails I opened another ticket. I don’t understand how that would move the first ticket back in the queue.
I will update the review. I only posted it out of desperation to get someone to respond to help me get it working. If you think it’s a lost cause because of a theme we haven’t changed in years then okay.

In reply to: Admin Dashboard Toolbarthank you very much for your help everyone. I agree it is the result of the custom template I am using. Only sites with custom templates are affected so this has to be it. I guess with full width sites they put the admin bar on the top. There is no way to change it. Only move it to the bottom which isn’t much help.
Someone didn’t think a horizontal scroll was a good idea in the dashboard for whatever reason.
Thanks again

In reply to: Admin Dashboard ToolbarUmmm why does someone keep deleting my posts without giving me any update or reply?
Am I asking for help in the wrong place? It seems counterproductive to setup a help blog and then delete posts when people ask for help.
Did I violate some rule or something? I don’t understand this. I have never posted in a support forum and then had moderators just delete my posts with no reason… certainly not professional
[Moderator Note: No bumping. If it’s that urgent, please consider hiring someone instead.]

In reply to: Images not showing/can't upload images after Upgrading to 4.5yeah I ran into this as well. I had to download an offline copy of wp and manually update. That fixed many issues for me. The automatic update on the last revision didn’t go so well.

In reply to: Admin Dashboard ToolbarSide Bar
https://www.suttonandsutton.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/05/SideBar.pngTop Bar
https://www.suttonandsutton.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/05/TopBar.pngI have the new site I am building at https://www.suttonandsutton.com/test
The current crappy site has the bar on the side, but the new site I added has it on the top for some reason, I think because it is full width.
Also, the wordpress refuses to update. I don’t know if it doesn’t like two installs of wordpress on the same server but I wouldn’t think that would cause any problems. I just went into our hosting panel and added another wordpress install at the /test/ location.
Thanks for any help
