David, i just excluded the upload directory (the biggest file i was talking about) and the backup ended as expected.
It seems that during the upload, if it is not finished after a minute long, a new task is started. As the upload of 68Mo take more than a minute, a new task is started. Wish it helps.

After watching again and again, i may notice a pattern: the backup contains 5 files with a greater one that are uploaded to dropbox. It seems that it’s always during the bigger file (68Mo) upload that another backup is automatically launched.

9 launches today with one manual click, some at the same time. Erase of all the previous backups. Although the CRON is working fine for the other plugins.

Nop, it is a unique site. I already have unistall, clean the option table and reinstall updraftPlus, hoping to reset the cron. But it doesn’t work. Often after a manual backup, i have a cron task for updraftPlus (send a report?). If you have an idea it will be welcomed.

Today, The process has launched 8 backups one after the other. Some were incomplete. I deleted almost all of them.
The plugin is fine and simple to use, except this problem which is very inconfortable because i can’t rely on my backups.

I posted a reply to days ago, but it has been lost.
Well, i have tried all the possible settings in hypercache. I tried to activate only hypercache and edd 1.5. : it does not work.
Finally i re-installed edd version 1.4.4.3. and the cache worked within a minute. Not a good solution. But wordpress without a cache system is like a car pulled by 2 horses…

With the update of another plugin, i am experiencing problems with the cache system. And fortunately, it makes yours work: I added the plugin sky-login-redirect and removed the cache exceptions on the pages with sexy-login. I now can connect again, even if it is through the login-page.

I previously did this, losing the benefit of a cached page (wordpress is quite slow without a cache).
Would you have another idea which avoid to choose between the system cache and sexy-login? Maybe a script instruction to skip the cache during the process of connexion?
