I know it’s using our style on a desktop. It’s just changing style when viewing on a mobile or table.

I just wondered if there was an code i could put in to stop it from changing when viewing on a mobile/tablet

this has just happened to me too – did you log into your site via FTP and delete the ‘FPW Post Thumbnails’ folder to fix it?

That’s good news – fingers crossed the developer will get back to us soon. of course we understand that not all plugins can work with all themes, that’s completely understandable ??

I do think that contact details need to be displayed a little more prominently though, on both the developer’s site and maybe included in the confirmation email, especially considering that quite a few people seem to be having problems with the premium version.

We’re having this problem too, and there’s no contact information for the developers on their premium plugin ad website.

This problem is seriously delaying our work – not what we expect from a premium product at all ??

okay seem to have fixed it by disabling all the plugins and reactivating them one by one!

I have managed to find a solution to this problem, i had to change the settings within the plugin itself under the common settings tab. There was a drop down stating admin+ editor+ etc. and i just had to change from admin+ to editor+ for it to show on the editor profile when logged in.
