We are using dynamic meta key, it will be like “post_count_123” where 123 is post id and it will be different for every post.

Didn’t got you exact ? do you want to translate the text of form to your language? then it’s a multi language plugin you can create the language files using po editor or use any translation WordPress plugin. if not please provide issue in detail.

You can manage it through the custom CSS.

It count post views based on cookies and save post count in post meta table. it support caching default as WordPress database used, normally based on caching plugin settings configured.

Just add below css to your website:

#easy-newsletter-form label,
#easy-newsletter-form .wpens-error{ display: block; }

By the way you can also design form as per your requirement, by default it inherit theme’s default css.
