Thanks for the reply! I am familiar with that site but it looked like it was more for bug reporting than usage. As for my issue, it seems to have resolved itself, it’s now working again, so it must have been a site-specific problem.

Never mind! It’s under Appearance/Customize/Blue Planet Options/Footer Options. I was confused because the visual editor appears to enable editing the header but not the footer, so I thought the footer was controlled by something else.
