Hi Luis,
Thank you for the update. I have responded to your request via support. The fields (scale fields) in question are Pro features, please create a new ticket using the email address linked to your Formidable license. So we can help with this.

Hi @qadirelmehdi Thank you for the update.
I will recommend you run your site in a clean environment and check for a possible conflict with Formidable forms https://formidableforms.com/knowledgebase/what-plugins-are-known-to-cause-conflicts/#kb-how-to-find-a-conflict
Can you share a link to the page where the form is published?
I just checked your sample form on mobile, and I am able to submit an entry from my mobile device. I will recommend testing the form on another device/browser on your mobile.

Hi Florent,
There is no option to choose the email trigger in the Lite version, emails are sent automatically when a new entry is created.
Can you please check the logging section of your SMTP plugin, to see if there’re any errors.
Hi Jody,
Sorry for the trouble with your form.
It would be helpful to test to see if anything on your site is interfering with Formidable and causing the issue.
Could you please go through the following steps?
https://formidableforms.com/knowledgebase/what-plugins-are-known-to-cause-conflicts/#kb-how-to-find-a-conflictIf the issue doesn’t show up under these circumstances, you can add each item back in, one at a time, and test after adding each one until you find the culprit.
Hi @scottriffel I’m sorry you’re having this issue!
WordPress 5.5 introduced a conflict with our plugin. The email subjects are being encoded twice.
We are working on a release, but please add this line at the bottom of formidable/formidable.php the meantime:
add_filter( ‘frm_encode_subject’, ‘__return_false’ );Let us know if you have any questions about this.
