I managed to sort the issues – it was a performance plugin stopping the styling loading, thanks.

When inserting [basepress] into gutebnerg, I am getting a message – ‘no knowledge base found’ when I have lots created.

Inserting the [basepress-oxygen] shortcode returns ‘BasePress theme was not found!’

Got notification email three times this morning on one order and only once on another. Its definitely showing no errors. Have you any ideas on this? Three people need to get notified of this email.

How did you solve as getting on a clients site.

I have two submission notifications – one to me and the other to the other email address (I use Forminator all the time) They are definitely not getting it to that address. Thats why I installed another form builder to test it out – its definitely something up with Forminator delivering to group addresses like info@ etc.

Ok now I know for a fact there is an issue with Forminator sending to certain emails.

I have been trying to get it working to send it to an email address thats a group email that two people get.

I tried it in forminator but email doesnt deliver, I know the form is working as I have things set to get a copy.

I tested out another form builder to deliver to that group email and they get it no problem. They have checked their spam folders.

Would really appreciate some help on this as this is a big issue for me as lots of businesses use their info@… email to ensure at least two employees receive submission copies.

Thats not the error I am seeing. The customer needs her store connected ot facebook so cannot disable that plugin

May I also ask how its possible to make long product titles wrap?

It is being called in a template as a shortcode so I cant set to 100% – I have the shortcode set to this but it doesnt make a difference.
