I completely understand it being hard to test….but this is a basic header on a basic page….surely your test had a plain page with a header and text?
And the menu item was for dropdowns, didn’t you guys test a website with multiple menu dropdowns? ??
I realise it’s hard to test but I feel like the headers would have impacted all your demos so I’m wondering how it was missed. What was the purpose of it?
Thank you so much for the offer! I will wait for public though it’s easier if WordPress updates it ha ha.

In reply to: [Blocksy] Blocksy removes my gallery structure?Thank you SO MUCH! Really appreciate it.
I don’t know why WooCommerce is using an older editor but they need to upgrade for sure.

I can’t even see a media button on my other pages etc, but Woocommerce uses the other editor.

I can’t it’s on xampp. I don’t have hosting. You can replicate it on your own copy of the latest elementor + elementor pro using my instructions. I did have the dev plugin installed but removed it when I noticed this happening.
I think it’s pretty clear what the error is. I’ve explained it, I’ve showed screenshots, I’ve linked to old bug reports where it was a problem a year ago also…. I gave clear instructions to replicate it :). You can clearly see that the HTML tag is being set then overwritten by the primary font type in the css, despite me setting the H1 tags to have a font size it’s still defaulting to the primary font settings.
I just found the edit button so I’ll go edit the post, the list wasn’t readable sorry

Hello!
I have done all of that, but just to troubleshoot as you asked I did it again. When I change themes there is no difference and it’s all still the same.
Please read this carefully, my hope is it helps you see what I am talking about:
1. I created 3 separate heading elements in the same section. I set all of them to H1 html tag in the content tab.
– – – The 1st one I MANUALLY set to 3em in style settings.
– – – The 2nd one I left alone (aside from the H1 change).
– – – The 3rd one I set to “text” instead of “primary” typography in style settings.
2. I set the SITE SETTINGS H1 to size 2 EM. I saved.
3. I refreshed (cache cleared). Here are the results:
1. Heading 1 displays as 3em. This is NOT a solution as I would manually have to set the size for all titles and headings and that’s going to mean a lot more work over time and if I need to change things later.
2. Heading 2 no change. Even though I set in site settings that H1 should be 2em it’s still tiny because it’s being overwritten. See image: https://imgur.com/a/OmKQf2O
3. Heading 3 no change, except the CSS shows it’s now being overwritten by the text font size css property instead of primary….so it’s also not getting the site settings. Can you please on your own site create 2 headings in a section on a page, set them both to H1 html tag under content, then in style set ONE to be something crazy like 3em, and then in site settings set it to something even crazier like 5em, and then go see what they change? If it changes as it should try changing the H1 to a custom typeface and see if that is what ruins it working, as that’s what all these support posts are saying.
I’ve started over from scratch 3 times, this is really making me not want to use Elementor at all I’m spending more time trying to get it working than I am getting my content up. I’ve been trying to figure all this out for weeks now and I’m exhausted.

I’d like to further clarify….even if I set the size to 100em which is unmissable it stays at the size it is. I’ve tried using the heading widget, and the page title widget. I’ve tried with and without those boxes checked and I’ve regenned the CSS. I don’t have any caches but I did clear browser cache just in case.
I put an image down, there’s a caption option in the settings and style settings. I have to set every image to the same settings instead of being able to set it as global for the website. I tried making it a global widget but then I can’t change the image to something else.
No, that would disable the fonts from working won’t it? ?? I tried it just in case and there’s no change?
EDIT: That solution in the other thread was for someone elses problem, not for the original posts problem which was an Elementor bug. I can show you more topics on the same bug if you like:
https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/3-0-1-headings-global-font-size-problem/
https://github.com/elementor/elementor/issues/12245 (has replies from this year)I believe this is happening because I selected a custom typeface but not a size. It also happens when I set headers to use XXL size….even if I set them to div/span/paragraph instead of H1.
Thank you so much on both counts! ??
I fixed it, it was my fault thanks so much for helping :D.
Are you trying to say if I purchase premium I will have that option? I am happy to do that if it’s there.
By official I meant “PDF Watermark” by Woocommerce.
