I did not solve it. I am thinking to switch to shopify or directly sell on amazon.

Good catch! The RIOT security key was expired. I applied for a permanent one. The plugin should be fixed now.

I have the same problem. I did some investigation and I found out that the CPU gets to 100% on my hosting. I am still waiting for a reply from the WooCommerce team on my post: here

We made too many simultaneous requests to the RIOT servers. We’ve added a delay and this should never happen again.

The stats for a summoner idea can be a new plugin. If more people request it we’ll probably implement it. We’ll keep it in mind for now.

As it was a quick fix I uploaded the update today. You can install the 2.2 version of the plugin and you’ll have all the links secured via HTTPS.

I’ve translated the champion names and titles in our newest version. If you update to v2.0 you’ll be able to select Spanish in the drop-down option from the admin panel.

I’ve also changed the style of the name (+title). Does it look better now?

That’s a good idea. I’ll look into the Riot Games API and I’ll see if I can get the translated champion names. Thanks for the tip.

Regarding the champion name under/above the picture it can’t be done. Some names are too long and it would look bad if the widget area is small.
