for that volume you need to really be using a mail service or dedicated server with a large amount of smtp relays… but no info on this forum for that specifically. ??

WordPress requires that your web server is running PHP. Your server does not have PHP installed, or PHP is turned off.

This is something you need to check with your host ??

are you having an issue now? or what exactly is your problem? can you clarify or show a link here.

I would contact your host to seek info on adjusting php time outs which can be done in your php.ini file. However there are also SMTP Relay limits for sending mail from your sever typically. You will need to verify this is possible on your server also, that is over the limit for most shared hosting providers.
