I was unable to upgrade to WordPress 4.4.2. I found that Custom Taxonomy Sort plugin causing this problem.
Deactivated Custom Taxonomy Sort plugin, then I was able to upgrade to WordPress 4.4.2, but plugin could not be activated again because it triggered a fatal error.

Does anyone know how to activate Custom Taxonomy Sort plugin again? Which part of code should I update? Thank you.
