Se post above. I was happy when the deleted field was gone. However, after a couple of hours it reappeared. It is not any longer visible when adding fields so I can’t deletet it. Now it appears for evey user when they try to update their profile. Any suggestion to resolve this is welcome.
The old field was visible at the bottom of the dialogue box where new fields are added. I could delete it from there and problem is solved ??
I have another website (https://science-network.tv/) and discovered I had exactly the same problem. Clearing the cache for Zotpress fixed the problem. I also remember I have had this problem some years ago. Hence, a funtion that automatically clears the Zotpress cache seems important.

In reply to: [Zotpress] InTextBib Shortcode BugPlease see the thread “Zotpress has worked fine but now messed up with listing the wrong references”. (sorry that I started a new thread instead of continuing on this one).
I read the support thread “InTextBib Shortcode Bug” where Katie suggested to clear the cache. I did and it solved my problem. Now it works flawless again! Gr8!
It seems many other users may have the same problem. Katie may I suggest that you (or someone else that want to help Katie) introduce a function that automatically clears the cache on a regular basis. Perhaps as a new setting option where the user can chose to clear the cache; daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly and never. Perhaps quarterly should be default but of course easy to change. I assume that the number of visitors to a site may influence how often you should clear the cache. It should be done as rarely as possible but still often enough to avoid problems.

In reply to: [AI Power: Complete AI Pack] Icon not appearingHi,
I probably have around 100 pages so adding them all manually is impractical (and I am also not sure if that input box would accept that amount of information. Another, and perhaps better, idea might be that the generic widget does not appear on pages stated by the widgets created on the tab “Chat Bots”. What I mean a function where the generic chatbot automatically excludes pages where a separate unique chat bot is added. This would automate the process and make it very intuitive. …just an idea… ??

In reply to: [AI Power: Complete AI Pack] Icon not appearingI made some further testing and found that if I want the chat bot to appear on all pages I should use the chat bot found under the tab “Widget”. If I want to use multiple different chat bots I use the tab “Chat Bots” and then I have to specify the pages I want each chat bot to appear. This was not clear to me from the beginning but now I understand and that works. I now have one remaining problem:
I would like to use a widget appearing on all pages (there are many) except a few pages (perhaps 15-20) where I use another chat bot. This would work well if you added a function to the generic chat bot found on the tab “Widget” where I can enable it but also specify pages where it should not appear. Is this possible?

In reply to: [AI Power: Complete AI Pack] Icon not appearingThe plugin has a lot of settings. As I understand the menu option “Settings” it refers to the plugins behaviour when using it to generate content in posts. I don’t use that function. I only use it as a chat bot. For this I go to the menu option “ChatGPT”. There I find five tabs: “Shortcode”, “Widget”, “Chat Bots”, “Logs” and “Settings”. In the tab “Shortcode” I have a chat window where I have not changed any settings. This chat window works fine and I use that as a test that your plugin retrieved the API key. I then go to the tab “Chat Bots” where I created a chat bot. There I choose “Widget” and position bottom left (since one of your competitiors is currently positioned at the bottom right). The settings on this chat bot can’t be displayed in a single screen shot since you toggle between various boxes with different settings. However, none of these settings should make the Chat Bot icon never appear. Is there another place I have missed where you enable the use of Chat Bots?

In reply to: [AI Engine] “nonce” errorI poked around. When I created a new API key this seemed to resolve the problem. I am now trying to understand how the plugin works. I will probably come back with suggestions fir improvement (but looks preety god so far).

In reply to: [Calculated Fields Form] Calculated form not appearingIt works again in Chrome for me as well. Before changing to iframe the calculator did not appear in either Chrome or Edge so I assume it is not meerely a Chrome issue. I will test during the coming days and then describe what I find.
Your two screen shots show the same (complicated) calculator on two separate sites. They have both had the problem of being visible sometimes and invisible sometimes. The simpler calculator that seem to always be visible (without iframe) is found here: https://science-network.tv/sample-size-estimation/

In reply to: [Calculated Fields Form] Calculated form not appearingWorks again in Chrome. The more complicated calculator has previously worked fine all the time but now lately it seems to alter between being invisible and visible. The simpler calculator seem to work fine all the time. Peculiar problem.

In reply to: [Calculated Fields Form] Calculated form not appearingThe iframe did not solve the problem in Chrome but it works in Edge. Also I only have this problem for one (the more complicated) calculator but not for another (simpler) calculator.

In reply to: [Calculated Fields Form] Calculated form not appearingI am not using any plugin to cache the website or doing any optimisation. Adding the iframe solved to problem in Chrome for a short while but the calculator then vanished again. So far it seems to remain visible in Edge.
I can also mention that I have another calculator on another page in the same site and that seems to work fine without the iframe (Sample size estimation – Science Network TV (science-network.tv))

In reply to: [Calculated Fields Form] Calculated form not appearingThe calculator is gone again. I think I have now found a pattern. If I log in using Chrome, go to https://science-network.tv/epv-calculator/ and click on edit. If I then update (even if nothing was changed) and view the page I can see the calculator fine. However, it remains invisible in another browser (Edge where I am not logged in to the site). As soon as I log out from the WordPress site in thye first browser the calculator becomes invisible there as well. Hence, it seems the calculator is only visible when I am logged in. I use the latest version of WordPress. Any ideas?
