Hi, @katereji,
I followed your instructions above to deactivate completely and then activate the plug-in.
I used chrome in incognito mode and Safari private browsing using the following link and nothing happens. I don’t see a lock screen.

Can you try and see whatever it is I’m supposed to be seeing?

The problem is not resolved. I cleared all the cache for all time in Safari.
Went back to my plug-ins and looked at the CleanTalk settings and this is the result

I followed most of the settings. I don’t understand this one:
Delay IP and Country blocking until after WordPress and plugins have loaded (only process firewall rules early)
Do I enable it or leave it disabled?
Also, can I block entire countries domains? Will that stop hackers from some foreign countries (outside the USA) from getting into my site?

The shopping cart now updates with no problems, but it is not combining shipping for two 5 – 6 ounce items. It’s doubling them.

Shipping
Priority Mail (USPS Simple): $14.74
First-Class Mail (USPS Simple): $10.20 – doubled. It was $5.10 for one keychain.Thank you.

I contacted WordFence, asking them what to configure so I don’t get locked out when I’m testing other plugins.
2. SpamFireWall is already enabled and when I went to the cleantalk page, it was automatically synchronizing.
I don’t see a lock screen in either chrome incognito or safari private browsing.

@sergecleantalk I explicitly followed the directions from Eugene and then from https://cleantalk.org/help/install-wordpress
1. I synced with iCloud. Next, I logged out of admin and sent a test email. The contact form shows: ***Forbidden. Sender Blacklisted.*** That is a good result.
2. Next, I did a test registration using the blacklisted e-mail [email protected]. I used username: CleanTalkTest. I got locked out by WordFence and sent email to them to unblock, so I can log into admin again.
3. “To test if SpamFireWall is working just add /?sfw_test_ip=10.10.10.10 to your site name:” and use incognito mode. I used: https://alwayspaws.com/?sfw_test_ip=10.10.10.10
I opened a chrome incognito mode page and tested to see if cleantalk is working and I just saw my home page. No messages. This did not display: “Congratulations. The Anti-Spam is installed!”

The plugin that makes the shipping in the shopping cart get stuck is the “AddToAny Share Buttons”.
Do you have a social plugin that you know works for you with your shipping plugin? Sassy Social Share caused a lot of problems so that’s out.

Great news! It’s working fine with just the WooCommerce and your shipping plugin.
One by one, I’ll activate a plugin.
BTW, is the USPS Shipping API updated. You mentioned it wasn’t taking dimensions into account, only weight.

Oh, I installed cleantalk antispam for forms. Disabling plugins now.
I’ve been working on this site for several months and have had to add various plugins.
I’ll do disable all the plugins except yours and let you know what happens.

I did this: Please click “Synchronize with Cloud” in the plugin settings and refresh the page.
I still see the errors. Should the errors have cleared up or do I have to wait 24 hours for the next status update? I’m referring to this:
“Account status updates every 24 hours.“
Otherwise, I’ll just follow the instructions to deactivate and reinstall the plug-in.
