Hey Tom,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Emojis turn into question marks because the charset on the new website would be different compared to the older site. Your new hosting provider would be able to check what the charset was on the older server compared to what it is now. They can also help you change the charset to resolve the mismatch issue.
Thank you!
Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We checked the website & can see that the migrations were successfully completed. I would recommend checking with the new hosting provider to check why the site is not reflecting after the migration as well.
Thank you!

In reply to: [WordPress Migrate & Clone Free : Migrate Guru] Migration reboundHello,
Thank you for your message. You’re seeing the older hosting site because you’ve not changed the DNS settings of the sites to reflect the new server.
I would recommend checking with the Hosting provider once as the migrations are being done successfully.
Thank you!
Hey!
Thank you for your email.
For such issues, we would recommend reaching out to our support team with you website URL or account email ID. Through that, we can check what is causing the sync error and what is preventing the sync from taking place.
Thank you!
Hello!
Thank you for your query. We checked the website & can see that the issue is due to cache and not the migration. If we try to access the login page bypassing cache, the page is loading as expected without redirecting to one.com.
Please clear all server & website level cache on your end. Once done, you should not see this issue arise.
Thank you!
Hello!
Site Optimizer is not our plugin feature & we do not have any message that says “Site Optimizer is not Enabled”. With Airlift, you only need to install the plugin on the website after which the optimization details can be seen on your Airlift Dashboard OR BlogVault dashboard. You can enable Airlift directly on your dashboard and not on the wp-admin of the site.
BlogVault & Airlift are two different products built by the same team and are integrated together. Hence, you can enable Airlift on your BlogVault dashboard as well to install the Airlift plugin on the website.
Hey,
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Our team is reviewing this and I will update you here with all updates regarding this.
It would be helpful if could share a few details like an example of a website & tell us the WebHost this is occurring on. You can drop us an email at support[@]blogvault[.]net and our team can help communicate with you there as well.
Thank you!
Hey!
Thank you for your question.
BlogVault is compatible with Jetpack & you would not see any conflicts here.
Let us know if you have any further questions.
Thank you,

Hi @marius12,
We are sorry that you had a negative experience with our product. The malware cleaner always works without any need for human intervention.
But sometimes in edge cases, our team has to take a look in order to understand if there is something more complex at play.
We are having trouble finding your account within our system, if you have used MalCare – can you share more details with us at support[@]malcare.com? I
We’ll have a look and respond right away. And if we still fail to remove the Malware, we’ll refund the entire amount like mentioned on our website.
Thank you.
Hey!
Thank you for your review.
We can confirm that the issue is occurring on a handful of Cloudways websites and it’s an issue on Cloudway’s end. We’ve already spoken to their team & they’re working on fixing this.
I would highly recommend getting in touch with the Cloudways team regarding this & asking them to reset the file permissions while they fix this issue.

Aman KediaHey!
Thank you for your message.
This is occurring because we’ve pushed a new update where all new MalCare plugin setups will take you to app.malcare.com instead of showing you the data within wp-admin. This is done for us to have more control & show more information.
I would recommend removing the plugin on the website where you see the dashboard within WordPress & re-installing MalCare. Once reinstalled, you can enter your email ID again & it should take you to the MalCare dashboard to manage your site.
Thank you,
