Yes. In fact, I just deleted the WooCommerce PayPal Checkout Gateway plugin completely, reinstalled with a fresh copy of version 2.1.1 (most recent) and the same problem started right away again.

Just wanted to follow up and confirm that it definitely was the PayPal Gateway plugin. As soon as I deactivated it, WPP started logging views from everyone.

Ahhh, that might be it! Thanks so much for the quick response – I’ll keep my eye on the WooCommerce issue, as I am also using the PayPal Gateway plugin.

Yes I’ve tried that multiple times – it doesn’t change the problem. I also have “use absolute path for font” selected.

I only started running into this issue with the latest WordPress version. I haven’t added any plugins since I last successfully added a font (other than updates).

The font I’m trying to add (“Bobby” – the last font in the list) is handwritten, but previews as a standard web font like Times New Roman.

I am having the same problem. I tried to load a font and received a notice saying I needed to re-enter my key because there was an error but I haven’t changed site names or the URL at all. I removed the key, re-entered the exact same key, and the plugin worked.

However, now when I load a font the preview doesn’t show the same font. It looks like a generic Helvetica. I’ve tried multiple fonts and font file types (woff, of, etc.) but the preview looks the same no matter what.

I am also using WordPress 5.5.3

Out of curiosity, are you using Safari 13? I was trying to share a post to Pinterest from my newly updated Safari browser and was just getting a completely blank screen. After reading your post, I thought WP Rocket might be the issue on my site as well, but just double-checked by testing in Firefox and the Pinterest share button is working in that browser.

I just had the same thing happen. Will not be reinstalling.

Actually found a fix for this! If you go into “Products” choose the “Quick Edit” option next to the product post – the option to change tax status is able to be changed there – I’ve just tested and seems to be working

I’m having the same issue – have tried everything and it comes down to the fact that when I choose “gift card” in product data, all of the general options disappear. Gift cards aren’t taxed, so I can’t use this plugin to sell them until this is fixed.

I have updated to both Shopp 1.3.10 and WP 4.4 and since updating I still can’t see my product list, and am also now no longer able to view my order or customer lists on my admin pages. I can see my product/order counts and the order totals – I don’t get an error message on either page, but nothing loads underneath the filter/search UI – just blank.
