What type of products are you selling? Are they physical products or virtual/ downloadable?

I am facing the issue when the registered customers make purchases on the website, their order is placed and the amount is credited to the account, but the cart alone is not getting cleared after successful payment.

This is typically due to caching. Are there any caching plugins running on the site?

Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

I have designed the website using oxygen builder, as you know that it won’t accept the WordPress theme since I am using oxygen..so I don’t know to proceed further

It sounds like you are saying that you are unable to complete a full conflict test due to the use of something called Oxygen builder, is this correct? I assume this is a plugin that has been added to the site?

You can use a plugin called HealthCheck to disable all plugins and test – this will also allow you to test without Oxygen Builder active, but will not affect the look and functionality of the site for customers.
