The product-specific content would be the product title and info I have stored as attributes. We sell tickets to events, so I want the customer to get an email with info for each specific event – Title, date, venue, etc.

I am still stumped by this. Any ideas?

I am having one problem though – I have created events, but when I try to make a booking I keep getting the message
“Booking cannot be made, not enough spaces available!
You must request at least one space to book an event.”
I have tried many combinations of spaces, set everything to 999 or left blank, Min 1/Max 999, and yet I still can’t manage to get it to work. Any idea what I may be doing wrong?
I appreciate your help!

I figured out that these are actually attributes of the product, being displayed in the email by the Show Attributes plugin. So this is not relevant to extra product options, sorry and thanks!

We use godaddy, and the from email is [email protected], and the order email also goes to [email protected]. I’ve looked through the godaddy cpanel email settings, to verify all of the spam filters and any other filters are turned off (they are). I just can’t manage to replicate the problem with any other orders, which is so strange.
