You can create a manual order from wp-admin. And check NextMove Thank you receipt there.
Also, from NextMove settings, you can select orders. Rules validated there and return the Thank you receipt URL.

Finale Pro version has shortcodes. So, you can display percentage discount value via shortcode to any location you want.

You just need to know a proper location.

The URL you shared, order key (key argument) is not present there.

If you check the preview

You will see we have 1 arguments in the URL
1. order_id
2. key

ibill payment gateway modifies the thank you page URL.
Append their arguments like status, purchase code & hash.
Tell them to append key argument too (which is order_key)
