I think there is a permalink issue. Just update the plugin to the latest and resave the permalink.

Then go to the NextMove thank you page and from the top right, choose any order to see the thank you page URL. Try viewing it on a browser.

If it is working then all good. If not reach out to us.

However, the issue on your site could be occurring due to another active plugin in conflict with NextMove.

We noticed that custom_contact_form setting in your plugin is blocking the email in API calls on custom contact form submission, causing issues with the automation trigger. This is the option in your plugin: https://i.imgur.com/AvJuoLQ.png.

Basically, the Funnelkit Automation plugin offers functionality to trigger automation when a form is submitted. However, when the Custom Contact forms option in the Anti-Spam plugin settings is enabled, the automation does not get triggered because the email address in the API calls is blocked. Email address is the required parameter for our automation to get triggered.

We have a bunch of mutual customers and are facing this issue. If you could add compatibility so that the email doesn’t get blocked on the custom form submission, that’d be very helpful for both parties.
