We have disabled its display on the checkout page as its main purpose is to lead buyer to the checkout page and increase AOV.
If the buyer is already on a checkout page, then it will act as a distraction.
I hope this makes sense.

I understand that you’re using a custom sign-up form and that is build using a builder.
If it is built using Elementor, Divi, Thrive etc we have its deep integration so form submission can be tracked.
If not, they would have a feature to post the data on submission.
So incoming webhook approach can be followed. You can create a contact based on the submision and run automation afterwards.
