Thanks for your reply. I will check for plugin conflicts or code snippets that may have caused this.
It was Docket Cache – Object Cache Accelerator – It really messed up my site, had to roll back to a previous server image.
Turned out to be a plugin conflict with another caching plugin.
/cookies
/commentsI rolled back to a previous version and got a 500 server error. Had the site on maintenance as I have my other job to do.
Now I cant edit the pages except in safe mode
Another site the header no longer works – cant edit it.
Templates are broken.
Site header and page header suddenly appearing
Mobile view went to 50%
Honestly so many issues on so many sites.
I just thank God that on my enterprise sites I have auto update hard turned off.
Really this method of testing by the user is poor.

In reply to: [Google Authenticator - WordPress 2FA, OTP SMS and Email] OTP failing testHi support
Thankyou for your quick reply.
What do you mean send you a query from the plugin?
A user scans the qr code and then enters the code from the Google authenticator app – this works fine.
But then the code never works again after that – either by testing from the dashboard or logging in
This has been resolved.
Solving this was hard work.
1) in Elementor settings – advanced, make sure the Load font awesome 4 support drop down is set to Yes.
1) Go to any page and edit with Elementor
2) Add an icon anywhere on the page
3) You should see a pop up asking you to upgrade
4) You May also have to go to dashboard- Elementor – tools or settings and confirm the upgrade on the font awesome tab. If there is no Tab then you are probably good.
5) Upgrade Elementor and Elementor pro
6) Run the database updates if you see a message to
7) Clear ALL caches
8) Test in an incognito browserThis has affected me on 2 major sites and these steps fixed both.

In reply to: [WordPress Infinite Scroll - Ajax Load More] Link has expiredThis actually seems to be more of a server issue than a plugin issue. All the help articles online say to increase PHP memory limits, mine are at max so I changed the PHP version form 7 to 5.6 and was able to upload. Anyway issue resolved.
