I have just visited https://www.needprovider.com and it is working fine. Try clearing the cache or opening in a different browser.

The error you recieveded means that the WordPress installation is not configured to point to the database. You may need to go in to your wp-config file and update the database details. It sounds like it might be trying to connect to the new database. You installed the new site in a separate folder, did you move the first site at all?

It looks like something has gone badly wrong with the install. I have tried to log in at https://readevelyn.com/wordpress/wp-admin and it gives me a pop up login box. What happens when you enter your login details for this site?

I could not find wp-login page on either link. I think the best thing to do would be to restore from a backup if you have one and start the process again. There are several steps in the process that are very precise and easy to overlook. Do you have a backup?
