I use the code snippets plugin (I’m front-end but I guess we’re all expected to be able to do everything these days) using the common portion in the malware links that’s being sent. @abhikr781 as per my last response, it won’t let me submit a helpdesk ticket on the OceanWP website. If this isn’t where I need to send it, please can you provide a link? If this is where submit the ticket, it will not let me log in to the submit ticket dashboard. I created an account on the website and can log into the website but it won’t allow me to submit a ticket. I do not have a paid account. Please advise.

@abhikr781 I can’t figure out how to submit a ticket. When I googled this it gave me the oceanwp website support dashboard. I created an account but when I try to submit a ticket it doesn’t recognize my email and says the login is incorrect. The email is correct on the Your Account page. Do I have to pay for support? Because that’s what it looks like on here.

@abhikr781 Hi. The image that is showing up in the background when I go to create a blog post is the image in the blog header (I included an image link in my original question). It’s a collage I spent a lot of time creating. The image was on the General Styling option. So yes. It’s the image under Appearance > Customize > General settings > General styling.
When I remove that and put the image into the Header Media option, it only shows up in the background of the menu area and does not display full height. There is no option to change the height of this image or to get it to display the way I want it under header media. Nor do I want this image to show up behind the menu on other pages. I ONLY want it to display on the blog and blog posts.

@abhikr781 Yes, this is the header for the blog page and blog entries. As I stated in the original post, I do NOT want to get rid of that design. When I tried to set this as a normal header in the customizer, the image was too small and there wasn’t an option to adjust the height of the image. Only when I set it as a background image did it actually display the way I needed it to. That said, there should be no reason for WordPress would display a background image in the post editor, that’s absurd and should not be happening. If there is a way to set the “header image” height to match how the background image is displayed currently, I would like to know.

@abhikr781 I deactivated all of the plugins, including Ocean Extra. It didn’t change anything. The plug-ins are not the culprit.

@binarywc I’m using whatever the default is. I provided an image in the original post. This wasn’t an issue when the website was initially created earlier this year. I reposted this on the oceanwp thread. I’ve updated the theme, it’s still occurring.

@saidaboukhadra I am not using Elementor Pro on this website. I’m using the free version. That page is not designed with Elementor but the WordPress customizer. The header and page color were also put in using WordPress customizer.
