Thanks. As mentioned above, I have disabled all plugins. Only disabling the really simple captcha, created by the same author (I believe) resolved the issue. I’ve been to that url you provided a few times. Perhaps I need to hire someone to dig deeper into my settings. Really would like to get this resolved.
