After reviewing the logs, it seems there are a lot of PHP errors. May I ask what version of PHP you are using?

I’m happy to help! ??I understand that you want to know when a new update of our plugin will be released since it’s been a while. I see you are concerned about Security Software conflicts.
I see that the last time we released an update, it was Sept. 5th of 2023. We tend not to release an update unless there is a need for it, or if there is a bug that needs to be fixed. May I ask more information on this security software conflict that you are concerned about?

I understand that you were updating your database, and you received a message stating “Congratulations, you have successfully made a payment.”, and you are curious as to what payment you made, and why this happened when you were updating your WooCommerce database.
When WooCommerce updates their database, in agreeance with you, there should be no messages regarding payment. The “Congratulations, you have successfully made a payment.” message, would be expected on a checkout page or during testing of a payment gateway plugin.
In regards to the email addresses you posted, we respond directly to this post, so no emails are needed at this time. I would like to kindly advise that this post is public, so you may want to remove those email addresses. ??I do know that after updating the WooCommerce database button, it usually redirects you to the WooCommerce Settings page. May I ask if it redirected you there, or somewhere else after pushing that ‘update database’ button?

My apologies for the late reply. In regards to the AVS update that was made, we updated the GoDaddy Payments plugin to not throw an AVS exception if the address result is?
NO_MATCH
?and instead just focus on the postal code. This was to help the AVS checks causing too many mismatches and failed orders.

I understand that you recently used Cart2Cart to import orders from Shopify to WooCommerce and it seems that it didn’t go as planned, you are also using our plugin, but when you search for the order in the WooCommerce app, no orders are found because of the changed order numbers. My apologies that this is happening. Our plugin would not update previous orders, just new orders, so the regular order numbers should be searchable. My best recommendation with this issue would be to reach out to Cart2Cart for assistance with the imports, they may have additional options to help you with the import, and I would reach out to WooCommerce in regards to their application not showing orders.
