Hi there – i have the same issue. I enabled the Keep RAW Url option and get the following error:
Error: Our htaccess rules under _pda folder aren’t inserted correctly. Please click on “Save changes” to fix it
However when i save it, the error remains.

Please advise because the original upload link can still be clicked and is visible to the public.

I’m not trying to change the language. I just want english US please.

All I have done is install the plugin and when i click “Click Here To Schedule Appointment” (test yourself at: https://taxshop.bz/set-appointment/) I get the following error code in the heading:

Warning: include_once(lang/calendar.en.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/video5280/public_html/taxshop.bz/wp-content/plugins/appointment-calendar/calendar/tc_calendar.php on line 157

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin and still get this error code.
