Thanks Tom for your response, but not sure if I understand you correctly, or may be, I wasn’t able to clearly highlight the problem I am facing while using mobile version on my twenty fourteen theme.

In my previous post here, I first posted the relevant link to my website mobile homepage for your review, and then edited it out immediately as I don’t want it to be stored in a public database (Hopefully, you would have received it on your email as soon as it was posted, as you are subscribed to this support forum). Your MMM plugin is working fine, except for the issue that in my twenty fourteen default wordpress theme, in the mobile version, it is creating a separate row below for the main menu icon (3 horizontal bars), instead of just replacing the original menu icon in the top row right (which also has the website logo & search icon on the left). The drop down sub menu for the MMM icon is working absolutely fine, as I have checked.

I was hoping that there would be some simple and quick solution to accomplish this without using another plugin or pro version, by moving this new MMM row upwards to the top row, and making it transparent so that the logo and search icon continue to be displayed as earlier, and the twenty fourteen theme menu icon is replaced by MMM icon. So, in the mobile version, we will only have one row instead of 2 rows at present, which seems wastage of precious space given the small screen size of the mobiles.

I hope this can be done by adding some simple code snippet in custom styling of MMM, and changing some MMM settings, may be something similar to these, but don’t know exactly what:

Currently, my startup is in development/testing phase, but I believe that I would be able to upgrade to the MMM pro version within a year, if it succeeds in the market.

Hi – I am facing exactly the same issue on my website with Facebook Login icon. I didn’t put any comma between the 2 domains (saved them separated by space). App Id and Secret Code is Correct. Checked.

Valid OAuth URLs Field is showing blank even after trying to save the mentioned URL. I have already sent an email to your official Id with the website details. Kindly help.

Update – It seems that the Featured Content Option in Customize Panel is not showing up when Cloudflare is enabled on my website, and shows up when cloudflare is disabled. Not sure why this is happening, but for now, I seem to have a way around on this Problem 1. I have been able to solve problem 4 also using code from premium.wpmudev.org website. However, am still looking for solutions to Problem 2 and 3 mentioned above.

In addition to the above 3 major queries, I also want to know if there is a way to use the Slider Option in Featured Content on Mobile display, such that instead of touching the arrows to slide between featured images, we can somehow use a finger motion to slide between images (just for the mobile display). Hi Ashley – Below is the GMAIL SMTP plugin link on www.ads-software.com, please test it at your end with UpdraftPlus (GMAIL SMTP works fine when installed with UpdraftPlus initially, but when the UpdraftPlus sends the email to admin notifying of successful back, its access tokens get revoked and have to be reauthenticated afresh manually each time. When I unchecked the UpdraftPlus email notifications to admin, both have been working fine together ever since. So, this is how I narrowed down on the problem. I think it has something to do with the Updraftplus email or PHP Notice it generates).

Can you also kindly shed some light on the apparent conflict between UpdraftPlus and GMAIL SMTP plugin, wherein the autorization token (Oauth2) for GMAIL SMTP is revoked, if the email notification from UpdraftPlus to admin of the website on successful completion of the backup is activated.

Additional information – I found the above PHP notice on Line ‘128’ regarding Undefined property in the ‘log file’ created during backup through UpdraftPlus. I found this message towards the end of the ‘View Log’ in the UpdraftPlus ‘Existing BackUps’ Settings (The ‘WP Log Viewer’ plugin is just displaying this PHP notice on Dashboard). Please note I have set UpdraftPlus to make daily complete backups of my site on Google Drive, and set them to a maximum of 31 backups (so the oldest entry gets deleted every time a new backup is created). It seems from the first half of the log file in Updraft Plus that Backup is successfully created and uploaded to google drive, but this PHP notice appears after that (I am showing you the latter part of the log file below, and the PHP notice is highlighted in Bold), if it helps you debug the issue at your end:

Thanks Hannah for your quick response. I did as you suggested, and the problem is indeed due to a conflict with another plugin, UM Switcher (Which acts as an interface between WooCommerce and ‘Ultimate Member’ plugin for enabling paid membership subscriptions). With UM Switcher deactivated, WooCommerce and PayUMoney Payment gateway plugin worked fine together. But my problem still remains unsolved. I need to register my members through Ultimate Member plugin as I need their Community Feature. However, I need the UM-Switcher plugin, as it enables me to set up paid membership subscriptions for renewal, reminders, and expiry within Ultimate Member. Not sure if you can help here, but if you have any idea what could potentially lead to this kind of conflict, please do share. Will greatly appreciate any inputs which I can move forward with. Hi Diganto24- My apologies for posting here on your query, but you had earlier faced an issue with WooCommerce plugin, when redirecting to the payment gateway, which gave an error: This order’s status is “Pending payment”—it cannot be paid for. Please contact us if you need assistance. I am facing exactly the same error currently on my website, and if you could share what caused this issue, and how did you resolve this, I would be very grateful. It is very critical for me that I resolve this asap, as I am facing an urgent deadline. I have not been able to find any resolution during my research.

Wordpress is a wonderful platform, where we can share our learnings with each other, and help each other. I really hope you can help me out in this difficult situation.
