In reply to: [Strong Testimonials] Testimonials no longer showing up after 2.38 updateSame here. Everything looks the same on the backend, the listing page and form are there, but slider widgets are just gone after updating the plugin as well as WP. With all these similar reports, who needs screenshots? This is not the first time such updates have proven problematic. We probably will be looking for a different plugin to add reviews to our client sites. Cheers!

In reply to: Don’t Force Block Editor On Us PleaseWell THAT JUST SUCKS!!! The BLOCK EDITOR SUCKS!!! I’ve wasted over 10 years with WordPress if your going to go all Gestapo on us! So much for freedom, open minds and open source. Should know you folks would get high, mighty, snooty and too big for your little britches. Please, no patronizing replies. Shove it!

In reply to: Don’t Force Block Editor On Us PleaseDuh. We are already using the Classic Editor plugin on ALL sites. Hopefully, WordPress will NOT FORCE the block editor on us, but allow the free-will choice to keep doing things the way we have been. Thx

In reply to: [Accept Donations with PayPal & Stripe] Shortcode nowhere in docsWell, I’ll re-install and try again, but you really need to explain this better in your docs. The buttons said “no buttons” … with NO Explanation. Thx
Doesn’t work. Nothing does. ?? Not a plugin conflict or mail issue. It doesn’t even record submissions in the DB.

In reply to: [PG Simple Affiliate Shop] HTML Pop-up, or Lightbox?“I am not sure what you mean by your question?”
You don’t know what a pop-up or lightbox is?
Anybody home? We posted a message on your support forum as well.
I’ve solved #1 by hard-coding the URLs in the Directory header. #2 is still an issue, and now we have a third:
3. The plugin disables my theme’s dropdown menu function.

In reply to: [WP Support Plus Responsive Ticket System] Plugin does not create tickets.@pradeepmakone07 I may try you on Facebook. However, to spend money to get basic support for something that does not work as advertised out-of-the-box would be foolish. Thx

In reply to: [WP Support Plus Responsive Ticket System] Plugin does not create tickets.@jdembowski As for the login, we asked the author for an email to which we could securely send a temporary login. As for trouble, personally, you’re talkin’ to the wrong guy, get off you’re childish high horse and don’t make me laugh. That worries me about as much as a demerit. Would you like to take away a couple of gold stars, too?
@pradeepmakone07 Regarding the plugin, We have been doing this a long time and the first thing done was to check for plugin conflicts. If that’s all the assistance you will offer then we’d say at this time that the plugin, and its so-called WordPress support, are duds.
Thanks anyway!

In reply to: [WP Support Plus Responsive Ticket System] Plugin does not create tickets.@jdembowski It is common practice to allow qualified support personell to access a site for diagnostic purposes. But sure, we’re hopeful for a response from the actual author.
Thanks
