OptinMonster should not be causing your site to slow down because our campaigns do not load until the page is fully loaded. Your campaigns are loaded in asynchronously and by doing it this way we never impact performance to what the users sees. Neither do we duplicate our plugin script for each campaign.

Thank you for reaching out. OptinMonster’s Geolocation feature checks against two separate geoip databases for accuracy (MaxMind and Google). If you’d like me to check for a specific locale, I’d be happy to.

We don’t natively integrate with them, but we offer three solutions:

Using our Custom HTML Integration to embed your form in any campaign. In this case, you would create a form in your email marketing platform directly, then copy and paste its embed code into your campaign. The Custom HTML Integration is available with any OptinMonster subscription.

Using our Canvas Technology. Canvas allows you to create completely custom popups by simply inserting your own HTML and CSS while enjoying the page-level targeting, A/B testing, exit-intent, cookie configuration, and everything else that you’ll love about OptinMonster. Canvas is only available with a Pro subscription

Alternatively, you may find our Zapier integration helpful for integrating OptinMonster with apps and software not included in our native integrations. This allows you to create a Zap at Zapier.com, and utilize that zap in your OptinMonster campaigns, connecting your campaign to one of over 500 services like Google Sheets, GotoWebinar, Slack and many more! Our Zapier integration is available with any OptinMonster subscription.

You can change the width of your main content area by adjust the max-width of the pixels on this bit of your stylesheet, around line 240:

Do you have a link to your live site we can view?

The simplest way to do it will be to use a little CSS to remove it.

.post-meta {
    display: none;
}

That won’t actually remove it, it just removes the display of it.

You should be able to access each image in the Media gallery. Log in to your site, then click the “Media” tab. Once you’ve done that, hover over an image, then click edit. You should then see the title, alt attributes etc that can be edited (you may need to also expand the Advanced link at the bottom of that screen).

Do you see the Media link in your dashboard?

Envira is the best gallery plugin available. That said, there are free alternatives. Foo Gallery and Next Gen Gallery both offer some of the same features.

I’m working on a relaunch, so the site is not available to the public yet. I had left it live for a few days in case Angelo would have time to look, but a few clients saw it and started messaging me about the offerings there, so I had to put the Coming Soon page back up.
