Thank you for replying to my question. I am also guessing it’s related to the Divi theme as I did an update of the plugin before to encounter the issue.
Thank you for referring to another ticket and providing something to try. Unfortunately, I don’t have the skills to implement it so I will call the hosting company and see how they can help me.
