Same problem for me after latest woocommerce update today. Yesterday was working fine.

When plugin is enabled, Checkout page shows “critical error occured”, navigating to the plugin settings show following error “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”

I found the problem with a CSS/Javascript accelerator I had activated. Thank you for your help @rodicaelena!
