How to hide attachment detail in the media selection popup?
when you want to change the image of a product or you want to add an image to the gallery of a product, a popup will shown and you can select the image. when you select the image some detail about the image are shown on the popup and it tooks a big space, so the images grid colums become less.
image from laptop with big screen size.
the problem is on mobile phone which the screen is small.
image from mobile phone, responsive
i dont need the attachent detail section. i need more space to select the media. please help me to hide the space which i show with red lines.
description about the second image:it’s a screen shot from a mobile phone. since the screen is small and the detail part does’t fit so the detail part will become hidden responsively. but the space still is taken. i think it’s a bug. if the bug fixes then my problem will be solved too.
hi @jessamca11
thank you very muchthere are two more things you may like to consider in the following update:
1- in mobile phone, the clear button (reset_varations) comes up and place under the vartion label.
2- in desktop and mobile, the bottom of swatches there is a free space which is not necessary and pushes important elements down.
hi @kimvt1991
is there any solution not to disable but still have the cross icon?
or is there any solution to change the blur color inorder to have much more different color with the in-stock items.
i want customers can select the out-of-stock items but out-of-stock swatches have much more difference with in-stock swatches
hi @abwaita
thanks for the replyi have checked the code. it doesnt cover my case.
there are lots of plugings which do the same as the one you found. woocommerce has the same functionality built in too.
they do the best in product page and varations but the problem is in the shop page.the shop page is the list of products.
if we set the “WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Inventory > Out of Stock Visibility” to false, out of stocks wont be shown in the list.thanks for the answer.
unfortunately its not the solution for me.
because the example of pant is a simple one which is not my case. i have multiple variation.i thinks what i want is the need of every woocommerce web site. i wonder how the is no plugin to cover this.
