In reply to: Critical IssuesHi @taag2020
The REST API is working in your site. For example, you can list all your pages in the REST API.
If you search for this error, you will find a lot of tutorials explaining how to solve it.

In reply to: dirnameNo, it is fine. You can see this line in the WordPress core, but if you are using it in another place, it could be wrong in another line.

In reply to: User registrationHi @djdubuque
Try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.
If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel, navigate to
/wp-content/themes/
and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).Have a nice day

In reply to: WordPress AppsHi @kasturi1971
I understand that you have 2 users (your user and the owner user) in the WordPress site. Can you log in with both users in the admin area via web?
Which role has each user? Can you give the same role to both users and check it?

Hi @ghassard
What type of documents are you trying to upload? Have you uploaded before the same type of documents (v.gr. pdf)? Can you give us a link of a previous document uploaded correctly?

This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.
If you can install plugins, install and activate “Health Check”: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/health-check/
It will add some additional features under the menu item under Tools > Site Health.
On its troubleshooting tab, you can Enable Troubleshooting Mode. This will disable all plugins, switch to a standard WordPress theme (if available), allow you to turn your plugins on and off and switch between themes, without affecting normal visitors to your site. This allows you to test for various compatibility issues.
There’s a more detailed description about how to use the Health Check plugin and its Troubleshooting Mode at https://make.www.ads-software.com/support/handbook/appendix/troubleshooting-using-the-health-check/Have a nice day

In reply to: Customising WP access for clientsHi @cguanaja
I understand that you want to give access to your clients to the WordPress background, so they can update the contents and customize some options. The easiest way to do this is creating a user with the appropriate permissions and login to the admin area with this user https://yoursite.test/wp-admin/ URL (change it with your domain).
