Have you tested these elements:

• The DNS record (A type) for the second domain is pointing to the IP of this server.
• Have you configured the virtual host for this second domain?
• Have you added this configuration to the sites-enabled, with the a2ensite command?
• Have you reloaded/restarted Apache to reload the new configuration for this virtual host?

If you use an installation provided by your hosting, maybe they install this plugin as mu plugin. If you have the wp-content/mu-plugins folder, can you move its content to another place? If this doesn’t work, I suggest you to contact with your hosting.

So, without any active plugin and with a Twenty-* theme active, you are not able to edit the post in visual mode. Is this correct?

Can you:

• Back up your files and your database.
• Remove all your WordPress installation, including the hidden files (they start with a dot) except the wp-content/uploads folder.
• Reinstall it another time and try it?

It is very weird, because the response should be JSON, not HTML.

I have created a local HTML file with your response, and it is not the regular 403 page from WordPress. Can you get more information from this screenshot? Could be related with your ISP or your hosting, making some additional block? It is weird, because the Bash command is working from the same machine :/

Yes, this is what I think it is happening: WordPress is working fine, it is generating the RSS correctly (last generation was made at Wed, 24 May 2023 01:35:24 +0000), but something weird is happening with Feedly. Can you test this behavior with another RSS reader like Inoreader?

Are you using a form plugin like Contact Form 7? Can you give us the name of this plugin and the URL you want to protect to get information and give you the best option to get the attacker IP?

Can you share your URL, so we can take a look to the problem in the real environment?
