I checked on your site, and also could not find any error in console or network, as the issue is site-specific, I mean the issue arises on your site specifically, Can you please check for plugin conflicts by following this:
? You can check for Plugin conflicts by deactivating all the third-party plugins one by one except for Elementor, Essential Addons and Essential Addons Pro ( if use). Simply go to your WordPress Dashboard and navigate towp-admin -> Plugins
and then, deactivate other Plugins.
Besides, you can switch to a different theme like Hello Elementor. And, check back as well.This plugin has a troubleshooting mode, that does not affect normal visitors to your site. Well, the string ‘sign in’ should be translatable any translate plugin. Also, you can use the ‘loco translate’ translate plugin for this purpose, in that case please search the string ‘sign in’ in the loco translate plugin and translate it into your language.

When images show in the Divi Builder but not on the live site, the issue could be related to caching or visibility settings.Clear Cache
Divi Cache: Go to Divi > Theme Options > Builder > Advanced and click Clear under Static CSS File Generation.
Browser Cache: Clear your browser cache or check in an incognito window.
Caching Plugins: If you’re using caching plugins like LiteSpeed Cache or WP Super Cache, clear the cache.Visibility Settings
Check if the image module’s visibility settings are restricting display. Go to the image module, click Advanced > Visibility, and ensure Disable On options are not enabled.
Divi is a commercial theme, and according WordPress support forum policy, for the support of commercial themes or plugins, you need to go to their official support channel.

If you are using any caching plugin, please purge the caches, also please make sure you are using the latest version of plugin.
