In reply to: [WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway] G Pay and Apple Pay are not displayingHi Omar,
After a short investigation and several tries it turns out that the Google Pay and Apple Pay buttons never appear on Firefox, which is my default browser! What’s curious is that even on certain devices with Chrome, we don’t see them either.
I was able to see them on an iPhone 14 pro, on a Galaxy S8, on a Samsung tablet, On an Asus Desktop but not on an S10 and 2 desktop Pcs! Obviously, all these devices have G Pay activated and the user connected.
I deduce that it’s due to a recent update of Woo Stripe Gateway or Google’s API, it’s disconcerting.
Thank you very much for your responsiveness and professionalism ?? I will mark this ticket as resolved.
Very good luck to you all.Forum: Plugins

I don’t know what to tell you, I’m quite confused! Later, I will try on other devices and other browsers. I come back to you ! Thank you. Many THX Shameem ?? It is what I am going to do !
Hi ??
The Google Pay and Apple Pay buttons no longer appear! It was my client who alerted me, I didn’t even realize it and I don’t know what recent update caused this! Although I haven’t changed anything on the website, I carried out routine checks: deactivation of all plugins except Woocommerce and Stripe Gateway, I also replaced the theme, I tested from several devices but in vain… I put the website in wp_debug mode and no errors.
I waited late at night to switch to test mode and bingo the buttons appear ?? But as soon as I put the website back into production mode + clear the cache, they disappear again ??
What do you think I can do?!
Thanks in advanceThe website > https://bijouxenboucle.com/

In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] Version 3.0.0 Took down siteHi @kaderibrahim
I don’t have debug mode enabled, so no error log.
Here is the error log before restoring the backup (Version 2.6.28) :WordPress version 6.1.1
Active theme: Shawburn (version 1.4.23)
Current extension: Facebook for WooCommerce (version 3.0.0)
PHP version 7.4.33I have nothing more but apparently all users report the same error with the file “fbinfobanner.php” responsible in my opinion of the fatal error.

In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] Version 3.0.0 Took down siteHi @bartoszbudzanowski
I replaced the 3.0.1 update with a backup (several weeks old) of the plugin. The actual/previous Version 2.6.28. I tried several times, fatal error, backend inaccessible, but fontend yes. Each time I deactivate the plugin using FTP and restore the backup of the plugin folder… I’m waiting for the update. CheersForum: Plugins

Error log (fr)
Une erreur de type E_COMPILE_ERROR a été causée dans la ligne 14 du fichier /home/bijouxenboucle/public_html/wp-content/plugins/facebook-for-woocommerce/includes/fbinfobanner.php. Message d’erreur : require_once(): Failed opening required ‘includes/fbutils.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/share/php’)Thank you very much, Peter! In fact, I have no problem scanning and everything works perfectly fine… The only concern is that the IPv6 connection works perfectly on a VPS under Debian and that on another almost identical server, it doesn’t work.
I will mark the ticket as solved and I wish you a good continuation. You do a great job!
