Hi, I just found a solution from a thread in this forum. It’s a conflict with the Theme setting. I just need to disable ‘sticky notification’ then the plugin works like charm.

Recently, I already delete one of my Facebook page but the page synced with my others eCommerce site. In Facebook for Woocommerce plugin, I unable to delete the previous synced connection.

It appear like this when I click ‘Manage Connection’

Thank you for the suggestion but the result still same.

I already did exactly the same as you suggested. But after all the process done, the product added to FB page catalog only and my FB shop page still empty.

The total product that i added was 238 product. Not a single product added to shop page.

Please assist me on how to solve this matter.
