It worked, I had to set php.ini: max_execution_time = 120 as 60 was not working. It must due to shared hosting. Thank you!

Are there any error log messages referring our plugin?

Do you have a very large amount of shipping zones / shipping methods / shipping classes ?
>Yes in a way, I have created shipping zones as per my country’s pincodes divided into 5 shipping zones. I will be adding more pincodes later.

Which versions of the plugins do you use ? ( woocommerce, woocommerce smart cod )
>woocommerce version is 3.3.3 and smart COD version is 1.4.9.3

Please try to disable all other plugins and leave only those two ( woocommerce, woocommerce smart cod ) and try again to enter the settings page. If that works, reactivate the other plugins, one by one until you find the conflicting one.

I guess it must because of the huge lists of pincodes I have added in Shipping.

Hi,

I am getting the following error in log file each time I am trying to open Cash on delivery setting after activating the plugin:

PHP Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in /home/WEBSITE/public_html/wp-includes/formatting.php on line 4762.

I am able to open Cash on delivery default setting page when the plugin is deactivated.
