Thanks for sharing the URL with us. Can you please check for plugin conflicts by following this: You can check for plugin conflicts by deactivating all the third-party plugins one by one except for Elementor and Essential Addons for Elementor. Simply go to your WordPress Dashboard and navigate to wp-admin -> Plugins and then, deactivate other plugins.

Besides, you can switch to a different theme like Astra, Flexia or Twenty Twenty. And, check back as well.

Also, please update the plugins to the latest version according to the following:

Elementor version 3.7.1 and Essential Addons for Elementor version 5.2.1

It seems strange. I have tested this on my end using Google Chrome and the screencast that I sent you is from Google Chrome. I didn’t find any issue on Google Chrome or any other browser. Please make sure you clear the browser cache/try from the incognito mode. Also, please check by disabling the chrome extensions as some extensions may create issues.

Actually, you can set the zoom from the elementor page builder and whatever you set from the page view setting, it will remain the same on the front-end also. But the users can change the view also from the front-end. Please check this screencast to get the detail: https://d.pr/v/vHgcES

Here, I set the page view as ‘Page fit’, so on the front-end also, it shows the same ‘Page fit’ view.

Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not available in the BetterDocs.

However, you can add docs to the menu manually by creating a custom link. Please check this screencast that I created for you to show the detail: https://d.pr/v/31Y87h

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the pin head size of avatar to match the avatar size in the other responsive breaks.

2. Thanks for your understanding. Actually, it varies from display to display, I set the padding according to my display that is why it is not matched. But you can set the padding according to your preference by using the code. And we are so glad to know that you added the padding separately for those three screens. However, I will discuss my team regarding this responsiveness.??

2. In order to remove the padding to the right, please use the following CSS code:

3. Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the avatar icon/color.

4. Unfortunately, this feature is not available. However, you can simply go to your child theme and create a folder called ‘Template‘ if there’s not any. Afterward, create another folder called ‘Post-Grid‘ and inside that create a PHP file which will be your layout.

This template will be available in your Layout Settings here: https://d.pr/i/IYZKZv

You can find the default ones example in: wp-content/plugins/essential-addons-for-elementor-lite/includes/Template/Post-Grid`

Unfortunately, we are not allowed to execute the above process as it is a custom design and custom PHP code. But you can add the PHP code inside that file by following the above process.
