Hope you are doing well.1) In order to do that you need to create the template or layout separately. You can simply go to your child’s theme and create a folder called ‘Template’ if there’s not any. Afterward, create another folder called ‘Eicon-Woocommerce’, and inside that create a PHP file which will be your layout.
This template will be available in your Layout Settings here (Here we used Post Grid as an example): https://d.pr/i/IYZKZv
You can find the default ones in: wp-content/plugins/essential-addons-for-elementor-lite/includes/Template/Eicon-Woocommerce
But if you want to make small changes to the default layout then you can do that using CSS also.
2) If you add short description to the product and click on the Quick View icon on the Product Grid widget, then you can see the product description. Please check this screencast: https://d.pr/v/fVnukd
But if you want to show the description outside (like the Description box in the Quick view), then you can create a custom field to the EA Product Grid widget using the Advanced Custom Field plugin.

Actually, this issue is not created due to our plugin Essential Addons for Elementor. This is a common issue of that you will find while saving the page in Elementor. Please check this documentation to get the detail on how to fix this issue: https://elementor.com/help/publish-update-button-not-work/
Please check the following also to resolve this issue:
Please install WordFence plugin on your website. Then go to WP Admin Dashboard > Wordfence > Allowlisted URLs > Here in the URL field insert: /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php > Param Type: POST Body > Param name (Insert here: actions) > Click on ADD > Save Changes. Then refresh the page that you were editing.
You can also go to the Cpanel of your website and search for Modsecurity. You can search mod security in the control panel of the server or scroll down to the Security section and select Mod Security. Are you facing this issue while saving the settings on specific pages or all pages?
This may happen due to various reasons. Please check the following steps to resolve the issue:
1. Maybe your server isn’t allowing you to increase the PHP Memory Limit despite it showing 512M on your website. Can you please contact your hosting provider regarding this and tell them to increase the Memory Limit from their end? This usually happens if you are using Shared hosting.
2. Please check for plugin conflicts by following this: You can check for Plugin conflicts by deactivating all the third-party plugins one by one except for Elementor and Essential Addons for Elementor. Simply go to your WordPress Dashboard and navigate to wp-admin -> Plugins and then, deactivate other Plugins.

Thanks for the queries, but I didn’t get some of the queries. Please check the following according to the queries:
1. It seems like caching issue. Can you please try doing this following: To regenerate assets, you can go to wp-admin -> Essential Addons then, switch to the ‘Tools’ tab and hit the ‘Regenerate Assets’ button. Check out this screenshot: https://d.pr/i/iBccDw
Also, make sure to Regenerate Files from wp-admin -> Elementor -> Tools -> General as well. Check out this screenshot: https://d.pr/i/N6WC1d
If the issue still persists, please try clearing your browser cache (by pressing shift+ctrl+R) or try another browser too.
2. Will you please provide the screencast of the issue so that we can check and assist you?
3. Please use the following CSS code to get the equal columns on the Woo Product Carousel:
.eael-product-carousel { height: 439px !important; }
Note: Please change the height value according to your preference.
4. Currently, you can use the following queries – Recent Products, Featured Products, Best Selling Products, Sale Products, Top Rated Products.

Quantity box is showing properly, but if you want to decrease the width then please use the following custom CSS:
.eael-product-popup.woocommerce div.product form.cart div.quantity input[type=number] { width: 150px !important; }
Note: Please change the width value according to your preference.

Hope you are doing well.This feature is available in our free version of EA Woo Product Carousel also. You can change the number of visible products according to the device from the Content > Carousel Settings > Visible Product. From here you can select the number of visible products. Besides, you can switch to a different theme like Astra, Flexia or Twenty Twenty. And, check back as well.

Hope you are doing well.In order to get the LearnDash Course excerpt, you need to install another plugin called LearnDash Course Grid. You will get the add-on here: https://www.learndash.com/add-on/course-grid/ . After installing the plugin, you will get the option “Short Description” while creating/editing the course from the LearnDash LMS > Courses. Then go to the settings page from the course editing page. We are really sorry to say that, unfortunately, it is not possible to insert the argument wp_query args in the Post Grid widget. In order to insert the argument, you need to create a template separately.

In EA Advanced Tabs, if any JavaScript element is present, The JS doesn’t load correctly (In your case Logo Carousel element).
Our dev team is already aware of this and they are investigating the issue for this. Hopefully, this will be solved in the future version of Essential Addons for Elementor.
