Ok now I got it. You are using it for the first time thats why you are so confused. You need to select a member first to whom you want to send the gift and visit the member page. Once you are in his page you will see a menu item gift. If you click on that you will see the gifts. From there you can send the gifts.

When you go to the plugins page you will have under each plugin an option to enable or disable the plugin.

Yes correct that is the one you need to install and enable from backend.

Did you also install the points plugin cubepoints. If not it will show error.

You all need to install cubepoints plugin. Thats what i have mentioned in notes. Else you will get this error. In the next version I will try to make it optional. Right now its mandatory to install cubepoint plugin.

I checked this and its working fine for me. Can you send me your url link. You can click on gifts and it is working fine. YOu can check in my demo site too.

I have checked and its working fine in many of my wordpress sites. Just check whether you have properly uninstalled the previous one and than only reinstall the new one. If you still face problem you can give your site url for me to check. Or you can mail me at swetapadma at live dot in.

I have updated plugin to version 1.2. if you get a redeclare error in your admin page after activating the new plugin than you need to deactivate the old plugin starting with bp-gift and than you can activate the new plugin starting with buddypress-gift . This will solve your error.

As already stated in the description, you need to completely uninstall before reinstalling as the plugins folder need to be renamed to “bp-gifts-latest-2014” from “buddypress-gifts-latest-2014“. This is possible only if you do a clean uninstall manually.images are trying to search in plugin folder “bp-gifts-latest-2014”, because of which images are not showing up. Henceforth i will make this plugin capable of clean uninstall, so that it can remove from database too.

You need to completely uninstall it and than reinstall it. You need to remove buddypress gifts left out from your mysql database too. Than you need to reinstall it as my mistake was that i renamed “bp gifts latest 2014” to “buddypress gifts latest 2014” which created an issue. Hope you have understood. If not I can help you out.

I have corrected that issue. Please update your plugins. You can uninstall and reinstall the file.
