Update –

I’ve tested w/ storefront theme as well and the error is still there. Also, we are unable to see the payments methods in checkout page as well. Its an infinite loop in storefront theme and in my current, the options seems to be disabled. I’ve attached a screenshot below.

Hi Zubair,

Thank you for responding back. This is happening only in products, the rest of the pages and posts seems to be working fine

Also, I’m able to publish new products or new entries, but when I try to update the existing one, it just redirects me to 404 page and the url becomes from the backend string to /wp-admin/post.php or something like that.

This is the first time I’ve encountered this. This is a new website freshly developed.

I think you’re getting confused, let me explain.

So yoast has this option available that if there is no custom post title available, you can fetch the post title through the %%title%% variable, is that correct? What I wanted to know is instead of the %%title%% variable, is it possible we can fetch the title directly in written by default if there is no custom meta title available? Like for e.g, it currently wraps the whole title in %%title%% variable and that variable helps fetching the title, is it possible we can directly fetch the title in written without the help of the variable so we can directly edit the metas if needed?

Hi Maybellyne,

Thank you for your response. I know I can put my own title in the field but my query was, by default, yoast wraps the default title in the title tag and fetches it accordingly unless you put your own title, is it possible instead of showing the title tag by default, can I see the whole actual page title?

Please let me know if there is any confusion.

Thanks for the response man. I’ve translated it like normal translations in the checkout and it seems to be working fine. I’ve also translated it from the strings as well in the backend but it doesn’t suppose to reflect on the my account page for some reason. Hello again,
So I’ve gone through the guides which you’ve available on your website and by checking plugins one by one, I’ve come to the conclusion that there is this one plugin name ‘ThemeREX Addons’ which is creating this conflict. When this plugin is active, it makes the translatepress fields disappear from the front-end editor due to which we can’t edit anything.

This plugin is bundled with the theme so it’s a necessary plugin for the website to keep functioning. The theme is multilingual friendly and is compatible with WPML – POLYGON – LOCO and other options as well, however, in our case, I’m not sure why its creating such an issue.

Could you guys please look into this and let me know if there can be a fix?
