Having similar issue. Registration page will not create new user, will not redirect to profile. Login for existing users works OK, but members have to be added by administrator. Switched off all plugins, changed template, switched Registration to Require Email Activation, redirect set to profile page nothing seems to resolve. Believe that it may have broken with upgrade. https://americanmarketingusa.com/register/ On other sites we manage Registration works OK.
