Okay so i deactivated and deleted the plugin from ftp not from WordPress just to keep the tables in DB then i installed the plugin again and it worked , so basically something went wrong while i was uploading feed for migration from old to new version or might be during updating .. so it was not at all plugin fault ..

NOTICE!! make sure this option is not marked check when you’re deleting plugin for this troubleshooting {IMPORTANT: Check to delete all posts and featured images created by this plugin if this plugin is deleted (Note: this will not delete posts that have a custom type name you created above)}

Re-updating may be help ? like moving back and updating again?
May be during update some error would have logged ..

Is it the same bug which is stopping to attach blog category to plugin category ?

Plus it worked on new WordPress installation..

Do you recommend me to move to previous version till the bug fixed ? i have your video tutorial to move back .. should i follow it ?

Yes i am sure , i have checked each category but when i tried it on new installed WordPress it worked for me.

Very confuse .. i am confident i followed the process very carefully when i upgraded to new version.

This plugin works for me only before 3.9.1 WordPress update .. i am working on this defiantly i will come up an update i will post it on forum .. but i am not a author of this plugin..
