Regarding your issues:
– changing the text in a field to add files – indeed, it is not possible to change the text now, we will add this to our wishlist.
– about all other issues – this is not normal behaviour of the system. To investigate this issue we need to contact you and connect to you remotely.Could you please let us know, when we could contact you and at which phone number we can do it.

Спасибо, что нашли ошибку в работе плагина.
Мы ее зафиксировали и передали разработчикам. По срокам исправления, к сожалению, мы ничего обещать не можем.
Но как только проблема будет исправлена, мы Вам сообщим.
Это произошло из-за того, что Вы сначала создали текстовое поле, отправили форму, затем удалили это поле, а после чего добавили поле ?мультисписок?.
На данный момент есть временнное решение, чтобы избежать подобной ситуации.
Вам необходимо сначала создать поля, а затем удалить все ненужные.По Вашему второму вопросу
если у меня в CRM есть кастомное поле “X”, тип текст, я в админке WP создаю текстовое поле с таким же именем X – почему при отправке в сделке это поле сохраняется в отдельное поле, а не в то, которое уже есть в CRM? Как сделать связывание, подскажите пожалуйста.
Плагин не дает возможности ручного связывания полей.
Связывание работает в автоматическом режиме. Если создано поле в плагине, то оно создастся в системе.Если у Вас возникнут еще вопросы, пожалуйста, обращайтесь.

amoForms рассчитан на любую страну, в том числе и на Россию. Но в данный момент весь интерфейс плагина только на английском языке.
По Вашим вопросам:1) После заполненной формы приходит мне письмо-уведомление. В нём блок с вопросом “Do you already use amoCRM?”. Конечно использую, если я его поставил блин))) Ну банально, если я вписал свой API, то можно предположить, что рекламировать мне АМО уже не надо.
Спасибо за Ваше мнение, мы учтем это в следующих версиях плагина.
2) В АМО не передаются значения для гугл аналитики. Это только у меня и это баг или так и должно быть?
Сейчас интеграции с Google Analytics нет, она находится на стадии разработки.

In reply to: [amoForms] Does it work with amocrm.ru?Yes. Our plugin works with accounts registered on amocrm.ru and amocrm.com. However, by default, the registration of new accounts through the plugin comes through amocrm.com.
